I have come up with the prediction for the 78th draw.

If it happens today (Nov 15) with:
2000 ITAs - CRS 443
2800 ITAs - CRS 435

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than the predicted ITA count:

if the cut off is 425 what is the number of ITA ?

If the CRS cut off has to be 425 today, they have to issue more than 5000 ITAs.

Can I get a nomination from Ontario with NOC code 1215 "Supervisors, supply chain" ?

My score is 441.

I guess you just joined the pool in the last 1 month. Just wait for some more time, you would get a direct ITA. Not worth going through the PNP route with CRS 441. In any case Ontario is not sending invites to apply for PNP now.

CIC publishes the pool distribution data together with the announcement of the draw. It happens simultaneously.

The Oct 26 data they had published when they announced the Nov 1st draw results.

Yes, they skipped once on Nov 8th. All the more reason to expect a draw today!
