Stay positive..and yes fingers are always crossed for every draw if not me someone in this group is receiving a golden ticket and that gives us more strength and be optimistic that one day it will be my turn to have the golden ticket.

Not necessarily. To elaborate - if you have a score 458 and above and haven't submitted your profile before 23rd Oct (some time 15:xx:xx) then you'll not get ITA for this draw.

I have a score of 467 and I created my profile on 3rd November 2017, got the ITA. I hope that clears the doubt
