Birth certificate is required for the whole family including me and my wife or just for the children? I was in the impression that OINP requires birth certificates for the whole family.

Both passports and birth certificates are required for children.
They will be given their own individual visas so they definitely need a passport.

It Says, "We can now break ties between candidates with the same rank in the pool". In case of a CRS tie, the system will then rank all tied candidates based on the date and time that they submitted their profile.

So don't know why 423 is there.

I suspect it was an error hey. It makes sense if candidate 3502 423 June 3, 2017 at 22:57:12 has 422 points.

He can not be ranked lower when he has a higher score.

I think its a typo.

• When should be the next potential draw of Express Entry?
• With the people having profiles removed with points equal to or greater than 458, do i stand a chance at 435 in the next draw or do we expect a gradual decrease with 435 prevailing in 2018?
• Is there any quota limit which is near achievement in 2017 and hence the present draw was at a high CRS?

1. The next potential draw is likely to be on 15th Nov or 22nd Nov
2. If the draw happens on 15th Nov, the cut off is likely to be much lower unless they decide to issue ITAs to very few candidates
3. The quota is nearing its completion for 2017 and hence by my assessment, the draw would happen on 22nd Nov with a score of about 450-55.

However, there is a good chance that the cut off will fall early next year
