I read the text from my source incorrectly. After reading it again it said that there would be a draw today but later in the morning. It also went on to say CRS will steadily come down and will never be <450 ever again and that it will come down to the low 400s sometime in the first quarter of next year.

November 1st, 2 weeks from now, is the best guess.

Though it's the same day they are set to announce the new quota, so we may have a change of plans.

No draw today guys due to the pool size. My source(friend who works with the web team) at CIC says the pool has to have a minimum amount of applicants to draw to take place. He also says minimum CRS score cut off point will increase to <460 until some point in the first quarter next year.

So what are you gonna do about that friend of yours? Huh?
