is it that everytime in November they update the rules.???
in that case many of us will be affected.

I am expecting a 1-week gap draw on Nov 8th, hence expecting the scores to drop below 430 by then.

There are no new rules anytime soon. In October end or November beginning, CIC would be updating the targets for 2018 which would enable us to see the trend for next year.

Hey guys, I have a CRS score of 438. I may have just made the cut this time.

However, I have a small question. Can I change or update the NOC on my small (4months job) experience just to fine tune it more.

Is there a provision for this?

If it does not affect your FSW points, then you can change it.

My Prediction: 2541 applicants with CRS 438 and above
Actual: 2801 applicants with CRS 438 and above

2801-2541 = 260 more applicants were in the pool with CRS 438 and above than my prediction.

This is bad news for those awaiting ITA with CRS in the 420's. The averages in the past few months are way more than what it used to be in the early part of the year. Unless we have a 1 week gap draw or the ITA counts increase, we are not going to see the cut off in the 420's range.

Even 430-431 seems distant as per current trend.
I'm waiting at 431.

Damn, I'm sorry to all those who expected an ITA today. I was convinced they would go down, but you need to be strong and hang in there. Your time will come.
