I can not leave my current job till Nov 2019 and considering that I am in two minds whether to stay in the pool or withdraw and return in a few months.
Is there the possibility that the cut off point suddenly rise in the upcoming months?

Yeah.. That's the only ray of hope.

BTW I had similar results as yours and I applied for an EOR and got 0.5 increase in my writing band resulting in CLB 9.

If we compare last year's september results, there was a significant drop in the CRS points and number of applications were also increased.

So keeping this in mind lets HOPE that it happens tomorrow as well and we all get an ITA
