Yep, it's like I said. The ECA # is the same as reference number but with "IMM" at the end. I would recommend you try to download your report from WES though. If you still have trouble email/ call them.
If 68th draw take place today, it will make 16 days from the previous round.
If the draw take place on Wednesday it will make 21 days.
Data shows that less than 20 to 11 days between rounds would mean 4 to 9 point decrease in the lowest score. Less than 10 days between rounds could reflect as 10 to 20 points decrease. More than 20 days would mean an increase, between 1 to 7 points. If the distance between rounds is more than 25 days, the increase in the lowest score goes up dramatically, up to 30 points.
This is because of the education credentials process time which takes around 30 days and ielts general trainning tests which is twice a month.
But, regarding the timeouts, guys, I urge you not to use tools to hit the CIC page.
I being a Cybersecurity professional can see through this.
If we use at tool such as visualping etc, this cause a huge traffic on the CIC page.
let's think of it as a LIFT. CIC is a LIFT with a capacity of 1000 KG. If this lift gets full with a load of 2000 KG, what will happen? it will stop right?
Same thing with CIC. They have a threshold. If they exceed it, even if they want to have a draw to upload their page, they can't cos the site won't work.
If you want to refresh the page, do it. But do it manually. Please do not use plugins and even if you do, keep the time frequency more than 5 mins for the good of everyone!
