Why would graduation time have anything to do with the high new profile creation rate? You need to have IETLS plus one year of working experience before you can apply for EE.

Perhaps they meant that those who graduated a year ago will now have the required work experience. A bit far fetched I guess.

Is it really an indication for draw?? I would be really happy if it so but if CIC really wants to send more ITAs then y they reduced number of ITAs issued in last two draws even they it came after 1 month gap. This fact is preventing me in hoping for a draw on wednesday.

There has been trend that oinp gives nominations just before the draw. So we hv two indications for draw this Wednesday. Let's hope then

He used 7 (days) as divisor, not 8. Then rounded up.

I understood that. I was referring to the below 2 points from his post, instead of mentioning daily average he has mentioned weekly average.

601-1200 -> 199 => Average of 30 profiles per week (Rounded up)
451-600 -> 764 => Average of 110 profiles per week (Rounded up)

Yes, this is true. I am also active in the OINP thread. And I noticed that OINP issues nominations near the draw date, or sometimes on the same day.

My rough calculation states the CRS cut off would fall by 12 points and reach 428, if the draw happens on July 19 with 3200 ITAs.
