What do you guys suggest? To go for OINP or wait for score to come down?

This rule hasn't been implemented yet, otherwise it would have been shown yesterday in the announcement that this profile with this time and date will be the last to receive ITA...

hello, if anyone can help. I am in process to get Documents attested and send to WES.WES site says that for phD from South Korea, I just need referral letter from university directly sent to WES.Is it correct? does university needs to send my degree copy and transcript copy as well?

or I will send separately transcript related to phD and phD certificate by myself?

When I got my ECA couple of years back that time I sent degree and transcripts myself but six months back when I got ECA done for my wife for the same university then university sent themselves which seems the current process

On 6th july, only 2,000 applicants had scores above 440 that means 1200 more people joined the pool in the last 6 days because of PNP. Number of candidates, between 400-430, not increasing by a significant margin also shows that many people got PNP in the last few days.

If you're not in a hurry, if I were you I'd wait until next draw to see if the decreasing score pattern continues. It costs CAD1500 more after all.

Yes, the transcript needs to be sent by the university. Im my case, they refused to do so, so I just sent the letter and put their name and address in the sender field lol.

It's better to have at least some kind of stamp though, the more authentic it looks, the better.

I have the website showing date submitted as July 12, 11am but then they sent me the email around 12:40pm...
I really have no idea how I could find out if I was in the pool at the time of the draw because it seems like the draw happened at 12:31pm... What do you think?

Someone in that May 31, CRS 413 batch must have declined the ITA thinking they were in for sure from that moment on ....

I Wish I would have created and submitted my application before May 31st and you know what I mean ....
