OLD PROFILE IS SHOWING TO BE WITHDRAWN BUT IT HAS 'UCI' NUMBER ASSIGNED IN FRONT OF MY AND MY WIFE'S NAME ALTHOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED ANY ITA. IS IT NORMAL? DO I NEED TO MENTION IN MY NEW EE APPLICATION THAT I APPLIED BEFORE TO CIC?? PLEASE HELP...

I am not Sure about one Thing. The Pool of Applicants on 6th July is Before Draw or After Draw.. ?
If Its Before Draw.. The Sum of the Range Doesn't match the number of ITA's Issued Even Adding 700 More To It.
601-1200 :199 451-600: 764 441-450: 1,008 Total = 1971
New Applicants added to pool after 6th July = 700 (Rough Estimate) Total After New Applicants on 12th July = 2671 ITA's
Either the new Applicants are Getting Added at Much increased rate or Its some other Logic.
Cut-off is 440, so include applicants with CRS 440. 431-440: 1,576
If you calculate, 3202-1971 = 1231
This means (1231- few) new EE profiles with CRS >= 440 were created in between draw date and 6th Jul
So yes, on an average 200 profiles were created each day.
But this would be because of IELTS GT results being declared after 13 days. I assume Last IELTS GT in June was on 24th (Not sure if applicable throughout the world) so people would have received their results in between 6th Jul and 12th Jul.
I guess for next draw, this should not be an issue. I really hope CRS cut-off falls down.

With CRS 434, you should be able to get an ITA in the next draw if it happens on July 26. Even if you miss that one, the subsequent draw should be the final draw for you!
If the next draw happens on July 19th, you are getting an ITA for sure!
There have been previous instances of weekly draws, the recent being in April (April 5, 12 and 19).

You would most likely be getting a direct ITA before you receive your nomination from Ontario. 2 draws is maximum you would need to wait in case of bi-weekly draws.
