Yeah I often come across such people and they're just pissing me off lol! But the thing is I don't know whether they're teasing or talking seriously that they're not certain of getting an ITA.

I have come up with the prediction for the 68th draw.

If it happens on:
Jul 19 - CRS 428 - ITAs 3200
Jul 20 - CRS 429 - ITAs 3200
Jul 21 - CRS 430 - ITAs 3200

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.
