Those extra people in a week means Ontario has sent them nomination within this time period and if not all but most of them accepted it. This explains why CIC took an extra week to conduct the draw. I think next draw will see a big drop, I guess at least by 15 points to 425.

Yes! you are right. Everyone above cut-off will receive ITA! candidates sitting right on to 441, CIC will select based on the time they submitted their application. (Please correct me seniors, if I'm wrong)

Anybody with 441 or above will be getting the ITA... the minimum score has to be 441....and you will have the ITA for sure as per today's draw....

BTW, I'm probably the 2nd youngest member here! Turning 25 in November I hope my OINP timeline is similar to yours!

I did not get such email and I've been sitting on 448.

If you are FSW candidate, expect to get PR in 3-4 months after e-AOR, provided all documents are correct. best wishes.
