GUYS, Need your advice !
I have just received NOI from Ontario and not sure how much time can I take before aceepting/declining it. Here are some of my conditions.
1. My CRS is 412. (Should I wait for the next draw?)
2. My Ielts is expiring August 29th 2017. (I don't want to appear again for Ielts)
3. I am expecting to get married in the next 3-4 months. (This app is for a single status but plan is to add spouse afterwards)
Any guidance would be appreciated. My lawyer just emailed me with the NOI but asking for another $1000 in preparation of application. (In addition to the $2000 I paid up front for Express Entry profile).
If you don't get in round 65 which is most likely tomorrow, you're definitely in round 66. Save your money, you won't need the NOI. By the time you prepare all the PNP requirements, you will have a direct ITA anyway!
31st, friday or next wednesday? I'm getting nervous already!! Everybody keep praying to the lord almighty. He might listen to anyone of us or all of us who knows!

Absolutely wait! You have 15 days time to submit. If you get selected in next ITA, good, otherwise go for OINP. Are you Inland or outside Canada? - Especially if inside canada, the processing time for PNP Inland candates take minimum 6 months. Currently PNP guys from Dec / Jan are being processed for PPR. My file was submitted in March an still waiting.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) would like to clarify the deadlines for the HCP Stream:
Your Notification of Interest (NOI) is valid for 6 months. This means that you must register a profile for the HCP Stream in the OINP e-Filing Portal within 6 months of receiving your NOI from Ontario.
Once you register a profile for the HCP Stream in the OINP e Filing Portal, you must submit your complete application to the HCP Stream within 14 calendar days.
Document Size & File Format - All documents should be uploaded as PDF not more than 4MB, except for digital photo which should be in JPEG format and not less than 60KB. For each placeholder, it should be one PDF. If you have multiple pages, merge them into one PDF for each placeholder. If the file size exceeds 4MB, scan the documents with scanner settings at 100 dpi or less but ensure that the files are legible. You can also use online tools like Small PDF to compress, merge and split PDFs etc (https://smallpdf.com/).

For the next round:
When? this one I can't answer, however, since the last two rounds were after 14 days, the next round could potentially be after 7 days only.
If 24/May: 408 (+/-2)*
If 31/May: 412 (+/-2)*
#ITAs will continue to be in the 3600-3999 range, they want to keep it close to 3600
Was going through your predictions thread. You've been pretty accurate in predictions for the last two draws. If, you are right this time too, it implies I won't receive any ITA this time around. When do you think will 408 CRS be safely in?
There are others Applicants facing the same problem. I have talked to OINP and they told me that their offices all over Ontario are having system upgrading, and therefore many citizens are using services online. To ensure they don't get interrupted they have limited the access for OINP services, but you should try at non working hours (other than 8.30am to 4.30pm Toronto time).
