I have a question related to recreating express entry profile .
It asks if i had applied for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before. What should I feel in (YES or No). If yes they ask to provide express entry file number. What is express entry file number?

Qq - I created my EE and job bank profile on May 21 and the profile became active on May 22. On May 26, I received the NOI from ON but I am hoping to get a direct ITA. Here are some doubts:
1. Getting an NOI doesn't mean I am out of the regular pool and I can still expect to get an ITA if I fall in the CRS window. Correct ?
2. In the latest 64th draw, I see that the # of applications in the pool are as of May 19,2017. Does that mean that in the special PNP draw on May 26 considered applications submitted till May 19th only ? And if that is the case, will that be the same if there is a draw for CEC and FSW on May 31 ?

1. Yes. Your profile is active in the pool. NOI means you can apply for ON PNP.
2. Draw considers applicants active on the day of the draw. Statistics shown on the cic page is for information.

Don't worry about the NOI, you are in the pool and will get ITA in the next draw hopefully.

Be ready, point is going to come down to 405 by next draw.
Dont worry about the OPNP..barrier.it is having only limitted quota for human priority stream....
It gonnna hit 400 very soon with in a couple of draws.stay tuned..

I answered Yes, We did apply to IRCC before for Study permit, Work permit etc etc

In your case it is YES . But what about my case if I'am only recreating my profile. I didn't apply for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before

It should be NO.
Recreating your profile, when you have never Applied, doesn't count. Remember that you Apply, after you have received an ITA and pursued that application.
Now, if you did Applied, after getting an ITA, and was rejected for any reason, then it should be YES.

And one more question. When I recreated new profile the Application status says Pending Additional Criteria and
Job Bank registration says We are processing your Job Bank registration. We will send you a message when your status is updated.

Could you say what does it mean.
