My friend, issuance of 43000 till now, that means nothing, because there are a lot of people who can not submit all the documents or some documents. And also, there are some ITA invitees who rejected the invitation because of a small mistake or something else. Another point is the medical control, unfortunately some applicants can not pass this med test. In conclusion, CIC tries to fill that gap by inviting more than 73700. I may say that number could reach up to 90000 by the end of this year. Hope you understood my opinion. May everyone get an ITA at this year (2017)!

Guys, thanks for this! Do I understand correctly if I say that 2000 candidates in range of 411-420 are all below 415, if yes, does this mean that following draw will not fall let's say under 407 or?
We have around 1K in 411-420 segment, and around 3.9K (unchanged which is cooolll) in 401-410, based on that.. and based on the changes in pool in last two weeks.. I think next draw will be around 405 and the following one will be at 400 or 398.
my prediction is based on 'If' there is an draw on May 24th.. otherwise usual two week interval.. lets all hope there is a draw next week , due to system changes for June 6th..
