I have to agree with your theory. Let's see.. even after 3200+ ITAs for the next 13-14 draws, the current situation is pretty optimistic.

You will receive the points for your Masters, but for your husband, you will have no points in your application.

The second draw of June or first draw of July I believe. It will definitely fall in the range of 390-395 as per the current situation of the pool and newcomers.

I do not agree with your point, if you are married as a legal (of course you have to show marriage certificate) you can get up to 10 points for wife's or husband's ECA. It was the same case for my profile.

there is no harm to apply. However, I believe you already will have ITA way before you will receive your husband's ECA report.

Yes but to receive those points, you need to get ECA done for your spouse credentials, which isn't the case here.

Yes, for this year CIC is planning for 73,700 immigrants from Economic class, which is why we are seeing this increased number of ITAs in each draw. But the number of draws might not be changed as already 43,456 ITAs are given in previous 12 rounds, and if we add 25% as rejection factor of ITA to total planned values, assuming 25 draws this year also, next 13 draws will have approx 3200+ ITAs to achieve planning values.

Really interesting that CRS has fallen to 415 again (keeping in mind that it happened in a gap of 2 weeks)
Expecting -410 CRS cut off in next draw if less people register to express entry with more than 410 CRS in coming weeks ( no of people registering with more than 420 CRS has decreased according to the new statistic posted by CIC)

i feel people with CRS more than 400 still have a hope in coming draw.

Yes mine was 381...but after my birthday last month it got down to 376...
