If you had gotten 0.5 more in IELTS writing, your CRS would be 478 instead of 420. Aint that a sore?

SIGH. you have no idea about how depressing the last couple of months I had because of that "0.5" in writing :| I am so disheartened after this because I gave my best and now desperately want the score go down or even ready for OINP because I really do not want to appear again in IELTS. I even booked IELTS date last week for 29 April but then Wednesday draw happened and did not pay the fees. *FINGERS CROSSED* for both OINP NOI and federal score coming down.

If i had 7 in reading i will be resting on 472.Feels bad

I have the exact situation. Looking forward to appear IELTS on 13th may.
You wrote booked but did not pay??? How is that possible?

I'd take some more reading practice tests and try again if the score hasn't come down by the next two draws. For me, bilingual is the only way to increase my score short of a job offer.

At least you have some way of improving your CRS. Me, i am stuck because of age and choosing not to do masters after graduation. With max for IELTS i am at 413, with no scope for improvement except pestering my wife to take IELTS, which she finally agreed to : .

Yeah, here in Pakistan you can book your IELTS date online through IDP portal. Once you book, you get 5 days time in which you have to pay fees via pay order-as they don't accept card and cash etc- after that your booking gets cancelled or confirmed, depending on either you paid fees or not.

i was also thinking about waiting till june... but fear that there might be sudden increase in cut off due to the new changes applicable from june 6. That is why I want to appear before that

People are just not expecting anything this week. Next week, things will be more interesting around here. ;D
