I dont think it will affect EE as the changes were approved by the same government. If the govt. changes then we should worry!! that's what I believe : :
You re right, and plan for 2017 is already decided sooo whoever comes in his place will just follow rules.. with possible minor internal changes.. which should not affect EE at all..

Don't read too much into any relevance with weeks of the month draw is done from year to year. I think it is related to backlogs and time management how many and when they draw. Sometimes there are three Wednesdays in a month. That doesn't mean there will be three draws the next year. The only consistency (almost) seems to be alternate weeks on a Wednesday. Hang in. We can't change their plan with wishful thinking but it would be fun to try.
