IRCC system is suddenly pumping out 10,000 ITAs to all applicants who have been in the pool for more than one year. Some say this is a Christmas miracle. But an internal source says that this is a "user error" ...

With the technical glitches that they are facing, this doesn't sound impossible though

Wishing the promise to publish standings in the pool was Forthcoming. Is it possible they only mean to show each applicant their CRS and not the culmination of entry scores?
