urgent help my friends

I made changes to express entry profile after the draw today , but my profile didn't get updated yet nor received an ITA .

Will i get an ITA based on the changes I made before ITA or will I get ITA based on the information I had at the time of draw ?

Really wish you didn't. I'd suggest you create a new profile and let it sit there and see what will happen without thinking about it.

Hi everyone I need advice on my case regarding the invite.

As I got my invite in yesterday's draw with 455 score but really confused whether to accept it or decline.

I started my job on 12 april 2019 till 10 march 2020 and took unpaid vacation for 28 days in between ( was out of country ). And I joined new job from 16 December 2020 till 12 February 2021.

So the problem is that my lawyer said you have to decline this invite as I made EE profile on 1 feb 2021 and officers will consider your 1 year experience before that date only. So you are eligible for this as you still need 2 weeks more. But as per my knowledge officer will consider 1 year from day of invitation.

Can someone please help me in this whether I should accept or wait for new draw.

Are you a CEC applicant? Do you have at least one year of work experience in Canada? If so, IRCC is still issuing invites. Just wait.

I am a cec applicant but i dont have any experience in Canada. Wow, how i missed that I thought they drew based on the overall score not with any additional condition

You are not a CEC applicant.

You can only be a CEC applicant if you have at least one year of work experience in Canada.

If you don't have at least one year of skilled work experience in Canada, then you don't qualify for this draw.

You are a FSW applicant through Express Entry (not CEC). This draw did not include FSW applicants. So you will not be receiving an invite.

ONTARIO TECH DRAW JUST HAPPENED!

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) will issue targeted notifications of interest to candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.

You may apply to the HCP stream if you:

• receive a notification of interest on February 16, 2021
• can demonstrate that your work experience was in one of the eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes listed below
• If you receive a notification of interest, you don’t need to contact the program.

The OINP has targeted candidates with work experience in the following NOC codes:

• 0213 Computer and information systems managers
• 2147 Computer engineers
• 2172 Database analysts and data administrators
• 2173 Software engineers and designers
• 2174 Computer programmer and interactive media developers
• 2175 Web designers and developers

Your application may be refused if you don’t demonstrate work experience in one of the eligible NOC codes.
