Paper-based PNP is usually not applicable to the EE system and thus are not relevant to the EE drawings. They are usually processed for about 1.5 years for the federal stage. Please check this issue with your provincial immigration authorities.

Yes. I'm already in the federal stage of MPNP but I'm also qualified under CEC. These two are separate so two cases can be processed simultaneously. The paper PNP won't give me 600 points.

This is the first time that I heard such a situation: do you think it is safe to have two cases in process for IRCC? (one paper-based, one electronic EE). May I ask what are you going to do if you receive ITA for EE?

I won't withdraw my MPNP application even if I receive an ITA. I plan to submit all the documents and wait for them both to proceed. Once a decision is made I'll then withdraw the other one.

Thank you! I'll do more research on it. I did see someone on the Chinese forum do the same thing so I plan to give it a try. That person ended up having PPR through EE when the PNP was requesting medical exam. Again thanks for the reply.
