From your signature, your IELTS writing is 7 isn't it? If you bring it up to 7.5, won't you get 3 points more? 469 is safer territory although still difficult.
I received ITA, but my passport will expire within 6 months, and the embassy is closed for the Covid, which means I have no way to renew now. Can I submit the current passport and update later when I receive the new passport?
Quite difficult. There’s tremendous density in the pool in the late 460s and early 470s with candidates building up for almost 10 months.. Even with fortnightly draws, points will drop only 1-2 per draw once it gets down to those levels.
Further, there will almost certainly be an FST draw in September or early October, which will delay things again. Last year I was in your same position with 463 and confident I’d get the ITA before my birthday. But then the October FST came and the cutoff score went right back up.
FST draw happened! Congratulations to the applicants who got ITA in today's draw. This is the first FST draw of 2020. Means another one could be expected at any time in the Q4. Now, its time to move to the another ROH thread.
I guess they deliberately held a FSW draw with minimal numbers so that, there will not be a gap of 4 weeks.
Time will have to tell if it is going to be "All programs draw" from now onwards
When someone declines an ITA and their profile goes back into the pool, do they get back the original profile creation date or is it now the date that the profile goes back into the pool?
