Yes. That's why I think they will start to lift travel restrictions when they open the land border. It is so frustrating to FSW candidates because the current situation is not helping at all. There was a new set of program delivery instructions released yesterday. I hope it means good news to FSW candidates.

Not sure how on earth you came to that conclusion from reading that article. It just talks about potentially decreased numbers of immigrants entering Canada. Not which types of immigrants will be invited in the future. I have no doubt that once travel restrictions ease a bit in Canada and elsewhere, FSW draws (general draws) will commence again. And the opening up is already happening around the world. Let's see what June brings.

Since travel restrictions have been eased for COPR holders then i think invitations of FSW might commence since that was the reason they claim to have withheld it for.

Hi! Last night I received a mail from IRCC that my Online status for application ### has changed... When I logged in to my IRCC account my application is not there at all... Can someone tell me what could be the reason? I created this application in Sep 2019 and from April 2020my CRS score is 485 for FSW... What do I do now do I have to create the application again

I got my ITA on this round after entering the pool August 2019, making 9 months of waiting. I guess Corvid-19 triggers ray of hope for CEC applicants.

Hey, not sure if anyone suggested but once you update your post ITA profile, just make sure to include an explanation that it was an error you discovered after ITA in your LOE. Congrats and good luck!

I’m already at CLB 10 and my second year of employment will be done in Nov 2020. My work permit expires in September 2020 I’m in a tough spot. One option i see now is LMIA but it’s gonna be hard given the times we are in.

Apply for work permit extension. Even though you get rejected, you will be able to work and complete your 2 years work experience until that happens.
