Yeah
That’s the case here . We might see a cutoff of 468 if it is PNP/FSW but if otherwise, then those CEC candidates with 460 should be ready for their ITA!!! Lets hope this draw is some kinda compensation for FSW
Yes but it’s not like every PNP applicant is an inland candidate. The only thing that makes sense here is that the PNP nominations have an expiry date so they need to prioritise their applications I suppose.
Whatever you said, with PNP nomination having an expiry date, the answer is NO.
Notification of interest has a date of expiry, PNP nomination has 600 points already added to the profile. Next steps involve everything a regular federally invited candidate has to follow.

FSW draw will also have CEC candidates. With a lot of CEC candidates out of the queue, even a regular draw should have a cutoff score around 468 if it happens.
Just maybe. However, conducting a separate draw first only means that it won’t be a general draw so we will have to wait and see which other groups will be granted
A b2b makes sense. The application processing fees x No. of Invitations is a considerable earning for IRCC and the canadian economy really needs it at the moment.
