Just kidding anyways.
It is however possible because not everyone created their profile with a reasonable score.some people updated theirs

In this case you are right.however, the score distribution on March 13th does not show that.

Anyway, we have to wait and see.

Hey.My score is 465 ..made profile on 10 March 2020. If draw will be on 465 so I will not get ITA?

No clue, but I have seen draws even later I think. Or may be I checked later but couple of hours from now also I have seen updates.

If CIC does not do a draw today, then it pretty much confirms our notion that they probably do intend to keep this cutoff as high as possible. Cos in so far as they have not officially suspended the immigration process then we expect them to continue the draws.
But if they are waiting for the pool to increase, then it is to keep these scores high and too bad cos I'm stuck on a 468.
