Do you know french already? If not, you have to learn French by enrolling in a French school first or get a private teacher. You cant write the exam if you dont know french

May I know what languages do you know besides French and English?
Just want to see if knowing other languages may help in learning French in your case so I can better estimate my timeline if I pick up French.

I know English well enough to max ielts at first attempt with just 2weeks of preparation. I also speak Yoruba, my native language. Those are the 2 languages.

I think the actual CRS scores nowadays are higher after 2016 when the score peaked up to 480s. But then it fell down considerably. I hope the same will occur and those around 430 - 450s can get their ITAs.

I think the high scores in 2016 might be due to limited invitation numbers.
This year the invitation already increased quite a lot comparing to that of 2016.
But fingers crossed that it would fall back down after a while.

Okah , you are Nigerian , I really wish to contact you regarding the place you had your French lessons . Because I intend tonstart immediately in january .

No can really predict this guys, they had 3 draws in Jan 2016, they also had this year. So they might decide to repeat the same thing Jan 2020. There are 5 Wednesdays.
Don’t give up people with 460s

It went down in 2016 drastically due to doubling of intake from 1500 average to 3300 average draws. It's difficult to have 12000 ita per month.

But if it becomes 10k per month in 2020 than possible to be 450

And now 130k students in the Canada having upper edge, even 50% with masters means thyi will easily touch 490s. In comming months.

People outside Canada has only chance from PNP, French or close relatives in Canada.

Game is getting change now.

I consumed a lot of youtube intermediate french content. Also we practised listening a lot in class as the study texts had audio content. For A1, A2 levels I used the compétence book with its audio and transcriptions.
To master conjugations, you must use them often, I mean everyday. I met a native speaker on the speaky app whom I converse with daily. He would correct my conjugations and that helped a lot.

The last draw could be either 18th or 19th according to last year’s timeline. It has been very similar to last years.

and since it is expected to be drawn in a week. We can expect a lower crs score but nothing is certain with whats been happening so far. So people who need to work on other ways to improve your crs should continue working on them. Let’s hope there’s one last draw and sooner it draws, the better for us.
