Go for Medical tell them your are pregnant. You will get a medical deferral until you give birth. Then you and new born will have to medical and submit to CiC. This is very common query search around the forums and you should get multiple threads documenting the process.

You can never tell with IRCC, there were a time when the score jumped from 454 to 470, although I do pray what you're saying is true! Good luck

I’m sure you know this is good enough to assume you would get ITA in next draw judging by your time on this forum. You’ve been here since the 123rd draw and seen the trends so, why ask?
There isn’t any basis for your question really.
