For example, if I look up an occupation in demand in Canada and make an experience letter regarding it. Even though I belong to a different profession, it will be easy for me to immigrate to Canada. I think a lot of people are opting for this route. Which is causing deserving candidates in the pool lag behind.

Well, it all depends on how honest you are to yourself. Cic is secondary of course.

Are you interested in moving to Canada to work for IRCC? Then your question makes sense. Except that, I have no idea why you would get into that sort of thinking. PNP is not a scam from the government's PoV. They are looking to get people with certain skills in that region based on whatever data they have. Candidates conning the government is a given.

But looks like I missed the time of ITA release by 30 mins (Profile submitted at IST 12:05 am, they released the cut off on September 18, 2019 at 17:52:51 UTC, it is around 30 mins difference) Any luck? Or will it be eligible for the next draw

No. They advise you to get everything while you're in pool. I had everything including medical done pre ITA and submitted the next day

For express entry profile, go with email. for actual PR submission, one of your messages will be confirmation with exact time stamp

It sometimes takes a while to come through. Just sit tight and it should come through in the next few hours.

I don't think this is correct mate. I can see this position is in the occupational list but they haven't invited candidates since Jan 19.

I would be glad to be proved wrong since I desperately need a PNP with the current spike in Crs cutoffs.
