Hello all,

My date of birth is 17th October, but when my birth was registered it was written as 24th October, my secondary school is 17th October, first degree is 24th and masters and passport is 17th October. Should I get an affidavit stating 17th October and would i need to attach my birth certificate stating 24th. Sorry it's a bit confusing.

Yes, get an affidavit ready stating both of these Dates! You're supposed to keep everything in sync with your Passport.

Guys, a quick question:

My educational credentials have my first name (shivi kumar) and my employment records, passport etc have first name and last name (shivi kumar arora)

also, one employer has my salary slips as (shivi arora).

Shall i make an affidavit stating Shivi Kumar, Shivi Arora, Shivi Kumar Arora are all same. Please suggest.

I believe, I've already answered that.
An affidavit is required in this scenario. You've to keep it aligned with the one mentioned on the Passport.

So in my Identification I put my Last and First Name not my First Middle Last which is what is on my passport. ie I applied with Adam Warlock but my passport says Adam Samuel Warlock. I have already received ITA, what am I supposed to do. Please help me urgently
