Yes. The quickest nowadays are well above 7 months. Quickest PPR I've seen this year was of a class fellow who got it on 28th Aug, with AOR on 23rd January. Could be a month earlier when he got his ITA (I'm sure it was December, not sure about the date).
I think it depends on your file. Processing time as published by CIC is 6 months. I have seen FSW-Outland candidates got passport request 4 months after AOR. I have read some even already 12 months but still in processing.
So, I can't really say as it's case-by-case basis. Depends on the immigration officer who handle the file as well.
After a long time in life I feel chills when this happens (the delay when expecting the draw). After a few years of being afraid of nothing this feels so messed up -_-
