Quick question regarding WES evaluation. My friend got the following: Completion of a college-level certificate (one year) and bachelor's degree (four years).
Will she be able to claim 2 or more degrees for CRS?
Yes she would get the additional points for "2 or more degrees, certificates or diploma". The criteria is one degree of 3 or more years and the other credential should have at least 1 year ECA. The 1 Ur ECA is not explicitly mentioned I guess but that is the only option available for selection when submitting Ur profile. So no confusion for Ur friend cos WES evaluated the certificate as a 1 year program and the other as a 3 yr program
I had the same situation back when I was in the pool. From what I understood, CIC grants points for experience based on number of months not years, and they start counting the months from the first one, (like counting from zero) so you end up with the full required number of months a month earlier.
I don't remember where I read it or if anything changed in this regard so someone else can correct me if I'm wrong. I accepted the ITA back then when I still had a month to go to get my full 3 years experience and had no issues.
Hi, would anyone know if proof of funds need to include the application fees e.g. if we're expected to show 15,772 CAD as a couple, do we need to factor in the extra 2250 CAD odd we'd spend while applying (application + right to reside in Canada + biometrics) into the sum we show - that would make it around 18,022 CAD. Thanks in advance

POF should be in your account for the entire period.
You can not pay fees out of POF that money you should have and it should not decrease until you land in canada. For Bank Statement you have to show POF required but you should also have money set aside to manage all fees although you dont have to show it that you have fees in your POF bank account you can pay from any other account that you have.

Hi there! please add me on 483.
and I have a quick question. Since my application met FSW and CEC, I think I will get ITA under FSW. But I am not prepared for FSW. should I decline the ITA this time and waiting for another invitation? some people says set my POF to '0', but I'm working with LMIA ( FSW doesn't need POF since I work with a valid job offer.) so I don't need POF even if I apply for FSW. what should I do?
Draw tomorrow would be
455- 3600 ITA (likely to happen)
454- 3900 ITA
Nearly in October end ITA will be raised to 3900 and one B2B draw in November or December
Score would be lowered to 448-450 and will drop till next mess up in May due to FST draw.
All the best folks, Have faith, All will be picked on their time.
CRS will be going down for sure on the name of lord almighty
Hii,
I am in same situation. But I wrote to IRCC on twitter and they responded that I can accept ITA right now and submit PR application after completing 3 years. Cheers!!!
I asked last night. You can also ask them on twitter for your satisfaction.
