Good day All!

I have few questions POST ITA :

1. Is it "mandatory" to credit the gift deed amount in my account from my dad's account or is it enough to show FD(along with gift deed affidavit) and a cheque from my dad's account where it says I will be the benificiary? Basically planning to show X amount from Dad's account as gift (with docs for gift deed) and Y amount from salary account
2. I have a salary account (going to show for POF) where employer is joint holder . Do you think its will be an issue ?
3. Will IRCC consider 6 month average only for POF or is it based on current balance?

Update my CRS from 445 to 458 ..got IELTS results today. Few queries:

1. Will it be picked up in 7th august draw smoothly or it will be a tie breaker at 458 ??..as I created a new profile today.

2. I had another profile created on 25th May but I had to withdraw it today since I could not revert back to spouse unaccompanying in the profile (i had 445 with spouse and 454 w/o spouse).

3. In education and work history , I selected NO for my spouse since she does not have the WES report and job responsibility letters even though she is B.Tech with 10 years of experience. If ITA, then I can mention in the personal details section. Tell me if I am fine with this.

If any one accept NOI then they are able to take part in general invitation round still they get 600 points??Means one is at 458 and he accept NOI.If next round cut off is 457 then he will get ITA from federal government or he has to wait till he get 600??

Any chance of 451 in coming draws?
I mentioned my work experience as follows:
jan 2017 to april 2017 ( part-time)
may2017 to present (full time)
And I got points for two years, does it mean in december I get points for three years or no??
worried as my profile expires on march26

No immediate 600 points, will have to wait
People who got NOI on 31st May got 600 points around 3rd week Of July, hence no impact on coming few draws

I thought Last tech draw cleared out tech participants in CRS range of 459 and 439 and again another tech draw in such a short gap with 1700+ invite.
Also, isn't it OINP is about to reach their quota for this year and with 1 more draw quota will be done. I am little doubtful if they are going to conduct another tech draw, may be people can share their analysis.

Their quota was 6600 for 2018 and it is 6900 for the year 2019. Now, they abruptly created this 'Tech Stream' in the middle of the year and I am not sure if it is above the 6900 quota. At present they have invited:

NOIs issued in 2019 to date (Total: 7242)

• Human Capital Priorities Stream - 5961
• French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream - 549
• Skilled Trades Stream - 732 (Source: https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-express-entry-notifications-interest)

If you notice, they have already surpassed the quota, which makes me believe that 'Tech Draw' NOIs (3400 till date) are above the assigned quota of 6900. Therefore, (7242-3400) i.e. 3842 NOIs could still be issued. Hope I too could get benefited by it.

Yes he will be in the pool and once he gets through the he can reject the nomination if at all he receives. But he will lose the application fee paid to ONIP

Not everyone will join OINP route since there are applicants who've 455 & above score and they will wait for the direct ITA by CIC.

To achieve "nominations target", Ontario always issues 20% more NOIs. That is why, they've surpassed their quota for this year.

By the way, what's your NOC? I thought you must have got NOI as well, but it seems you didn't. Please share your NOC.
