Hello guys I need your input with this.
I just submitted my documents yesterday.Under the education placeholder,my document checklist showed that I should upload my degree certificate, which is my masters certificate I did.
I didn’t upload my ECA report. would this cause any issues? Your opinion pls.
Thanks.
You should submit your ECA report even though you have the number written in your application under one of the sections. Try to Send it via the IRCC web form. All the best.
I have submitted my EE profile on 9th July 2019 with NOC 5121. Unfortunately it's not matching with my job role as I am a Web Content Writer and additional to this fortunately I'm gonna get promoted this month as Digital Marketing Manager in the same company. So could you kindly suggest is it okay if I change the NOCin the EE profile now? If yes, shall I change the NOC according to the promotion I'm gonna get or according to the present work. I was told by my consultancy that it's not okay to change the NOC because it leaves a negative remark on person. Please suggest.
Cic is under no obligation to meet 'targets'. If they don't they will fudge up some numbers to appear like they did. That's how these government agencies work. Lots of landed pr's this year applied last year so will count towards this year's 'target'. This has no relation to the number of itas issued this year.

I am assuming you haven't gotten your ITA as yet, so you are fine to change your NOC code. It doesn't reflect badly on you at all. When you do receive ITA, get two different reference letter even though it is the same company. One as Web Document Writer and the other as Digital Marketing Manager. Job titles doesn't matter, your duties should match the main duties listed on the canada.ca website for the noc that is chosen.

Thank you so much.
Is it so?? Okay, thank you so much. I write Content to Websites but unfortunately NOC 5121 is not at all matching. And one more question. please. Shall I update the NOC according to the upcoming promotion level??
The worst thing for anyone in the range of 450-463 is not only the fact that CIC has skipped a biweekly draw, but also the fact that oinp noi has been issued to so many people during last 2 months. Everything is going bad currently for so many people. We badly need some positivity from Cic.
Only positive things we can count on are:
1. Draw on 14th Aug
2. B2b on 21st Aug
3. ITA 3900
4. Ontario pnp approval process gets slow ie they become unable to process so many PNP at once
Thank you so much.

Don’t do that. You have a have at least one year of experience in the NOC you are claiming. If you change your NOC because you are getting a promotion, you will get yourself rejected as you haven’t accumulated 1 year of experience in that NOC.

Absolutely true. The biggest desire for all of us right now is just a single back to back draw. This can alleviate the max tension. About oinp, they are processing it fast. Lets hope for the best and may we get a sharper fall in crs soon.

I don't think there'll be a B2B draw again this year as one has already been conducted January, I don't think 2 B2B cam be done, let just pray for a bi weekly draw without hindrances
