Many thanks for the reply . I have seen in some posts suggesting that EE profile will not be submitted until you have mentioned the WES reference number.
ill be getting the report in couple of days anyway . my only concern is ,do i need to specify WES reference number for spouse also or else my WES reference number is sufficient
If you’re the primary applicant, your WES ECA is sufficient to create a profile and enter the EE pool. Since you mentioned you will be at 462 just with your ECA then it’s advisable to enter the pool right away as 462 will more than likely to get an ITA on July 10th.
When you receive the ECA for your spouse you can always update your profile, this does not have any negative impact since it will bring your profile score up. Good luck!

You must wait for the evaluation, barring which you don't have the score to cross the line.
I assume you'll be at 452 if not considering your spouse's education.
It may help to create profile now to be ahead of cutoff time, but 462 will be cleared this week, and the next draw too. No need to fuss.
