If there will be draw on wednesday,I pray it goes lower than that with increase ITA

A candidate gets above 470 only when they are between 25 to 27 years of age + have 3 years of job exp + max score in ielts .. how come only these top scoring candidates storm the pool all of a sudden.. it's really funny in one aspect... In the other hand it's screwing us all...
