Everyone above 450 is in a safe zone, everyone above 450 will sooner or later will get an ITA, we are hoping that by end of this year or by end of this quarter, number of ITA's will increase and old profiles get expired.

This is my earlier post on this thread,

“Just curious, I’ve been thinking about this and please let me know if there is any validity to my thoughts.

The number of EE candidates who are in the 451+ seemed to jump in the last month, could it be because of the Spring semester Canadian graduates submitting new/updated profiles to reflect new degrees, etc?

And if that’s the case, maybe in a month or so the EE candidate pool will remain relatively high because foreign graduates will have their ECAs completed and enter the pool?”

I also agree maybe some of the ITAs are wasted for inaccurate profiles. I’m really curious what is the conversion percentage of ITAs to PR from EE program if anyone has any ideas.

Yes, and I don’t think there’s any penalty and in fact advisable for one to decline the ITA and saying that your score has decreased because of certain reasons.

No, they are not experimenting on anybody.

Before they release the draw, the system simply ranks all the candidates according to their CRS and starts counting the ITA's it has to send and it stops at the 3350th invitation and let's the IRCC know what should be the draw and the cutoff date and time.

Now, as far as the trend in increasing CRS is concerned, there are many factors, which includes people gaining more work foreign/canadian experience, getting higher education than they had before, I personally know 3 people whose CRS will go above 465 once they complete their PGD and let me tell you, the reason they went for a PGD was to be able to achieve higher CRS, otherwise they were getting only 441.

So, more people gaining more experience, getting more educated, learning French are the reasons for increasing CRS and all of them are genuine, no one is fake and no is experimenting on anyone. It's a competition somehow, and many people are trying to just level up.

And there must be fake profiles, but very less, people getting more qualified for PR is the reason for increasing CRS and not fake profiles.
