Yes. First step is to get NOI from the province in your CIC account. Then, you submit your application at their ePortal and your file is assesed followed by ‘Decision in Progress’ stage and finally approved.

Once it is approved, you get 600 additional points in your EE profile.

Wow, this is an excellent post, thanks very much to the initiator and all the commentators.

Me, kinda old, will have 455 on August 20 (1 year Canadian work experience) and will go through CEC. My 3 years' foreign experience was with two companies, similar positions (starting from March, 2010 ...). I was wondering if the foreign work positions are of two NOCs, will it be ok?

And will 455 stand a chance later this year? e.g., September, October, November ... i will build my profile around Aug 20 and i really don't wanna go through IELTS again!

I am assuming the draw size goes to 3500 and that no draw takes place today.

how can it be 465 because above 465 already cleared
