He is trying to say for example there is a draw tomorrow then .. people having status of 15th June 16th June or 17th June were considered this time for the draw cutoff and hence chances there is a draw. However this update does not give surity of ITA just that your were considered so may be cut off is near by your score ...

In the 4 categories (FW, CEC, PNP etc.) it says "Meet" or "Not Meet". You should have at least one with "Meet".

First of all, i don't mean to spread negativity, but one thing why everyone thinking of b2b... If cic was so concerned abt lagging behind target Or damage by 15 may draw... They had very fair reason in may for b2b... Also they would have increased ITA n compensated loss...
I hope I am wrong n tomorrow there is draw n brings happiness to many.. Including me..

yes you are right a b2b is follwed by 3 week gap which will rise the crs again and hence not favorable to have b2b draw if this is hapenning in future

My express entry profile doesn't even say you any date (like june7) you weren't invited. It only says you declined an invitation on may 1 and you are elgibile and in a pool. Why is that?
