454. Will be entering the pool in june. Had high hopes but feel kinda disappointed with todays draw. Just maxed out ielts with clb 10 this week.

I hope someone knows this, I created my profile last night (May 28th around 9pm MGT-4), it says profile submitted on May 29th (I guess they used UTC time for the submission date). My score is 536, however I still have not received an ITA. Is the cut off time May 29, 2019 at 12:09:37 UTC? Will they include my profile?
