My score is 449 and it got updated on 6-Feb. Waited for more than 3 months to get ITA and even the future wait is not known with this 3 weeks gap and one 3 week gap after 30th Jan, 2019.

I don’t think there was ever a maintenance sign preceding a draw They don’t really need it to publish a website update. Maintenance is for big modifications/bug fixing I believe.

With these skills and amazing writing scores, I am surprised you didn't pursue a Masters degree. My gut says you could have even secured some scholarships.
