You are free to believe it or leave it. I don't keep a link of everything I read. There's a ton of stuff that you and I read everyday on immigration alone on several channels. I hadn't foreseen that I'll have to stand to a forum trial ;-)
Can you post a link to where you read it? I am sorry, but this is just not true. If it is true, they would not tell us this precisely because everyone would keep deleting and re-creating their profiles. Also WHY would OINP care when the profile was made? This just cannot be true. Lets not lose our grips on our critical thinking and lets not believe things just because it happened to this one guy that we know
Also 448, good luck, I suspect your time (and mine) is coming soon in the next few months!!!
I can comment on this as I had done some research on OINP while awaiting my ITA.
--- In 2018, they invited all who submitted post 01 Jan 2018.
--- In 2019, they invited all who submitted post 1 Jan 2018 (not 2019)
I know two such cases:
1. One of my friends applied on 31 Dec 2017 with 438 and still waiting for a nomination. He was not picked because he applied a day early, in fact just a few hours.
2. The same friend refreshed his profile first in Aug 2018 and then in Jan 2019 at 438, and this time, neither got direct ITA, nor nomination because this time. OINP was okay to invite 2018 profiles in 2019.
In summary, OINP used to like new profiles in 2018, deviated a little in 2019 and is expected to maintain the same stance throughout 2019. There is no need to refresh the profiles.
Hi I am not highly optimistic for this draw lots of PNp invitations from lot of provinces so I think it might be of very high cut off score ..500+... Not sure fingers crossed .... Let us hope for a good draw so that it becomes a start for low point draws .... Sitting with 456 .... First time in last 4 years I thought I had a chance for a ITA but no draws yesterday .... Alberta pnp invitation news.....Very nervous........
So finally, the most awaited Wednesday has come with lot of hopes, anxiety and surprises for all of us. One of the best thing is, we’ll witness all types of posts today such as:
Applicants with 451 & above worrying for their ITA’s chance
Applicants who are through in the draw but can’t wait 24 hrs and keep on posting by when I’ll get in my inbox
Guys with vague predictions like 460 or 500 above
One of the well known PR toddler saying on every draw date - my prediction always came true (you know the name btw)
Undoubtely good discussions, suggestions & help
And, Ofcourse applicants with 450 & below still waiting for their chance of getting ITA’s (including me)
Let’s enjoy your day and don’t stress too much. If we’ve reached to this stage, then it’s just a matter of time. I wish most of us get through in today’s round and let’s keep this thread alive today.
Good luck my friends and F5 key. God bless everyone
They don't normally ask you a pcc for your stay in the US coz it's not complete 6 months, but it's up to immigration officer to decide whether they need it or not.
Sorry for breaking the ice Eli, it wont be tmrw. And 449 with Mar profile submission gonna takes atleast 2-3 draws xcluding tmrw. I hope am wrong but if it did, I'd be happy too.
You should do it yourself, just download a form for fingerprints in FBA website. Fill is out with a police agent and get your fingers printed on the indicated area of that form. At the end that police officer will stamp it for you. Just follow the instructions, it's pretty straightforward.
Good luck everyone who waits a draw today. Just some patience guys, we need to sleep Here in Ontario, it's just 12.47 am midnight. In few hours you will see a draw out.
If you're in New Delhi, you can get it done from J K Consultancy, Dwarka. I have got it mine done from them. They’ll help you in taking finger prints and will send it to FBI via fedex. They’ll share the fedex details and will put your email id so that you can check the status online and download the pdf copy once its ready. They’re authorized and are listed on US embassy New Delhi as authorized finger print centre.
Hello, So I have only shown my previous company work history in the profile because it was pure IT and I wanted my profile to be based on IT in pool, now the job I took up after that was of a HR, but I moved internally to QA, again into IT domain. I am not sure if it's fine to hide this current work profile for a while? And then may be add it later after I receive an ITA. I added it yesterday though but then took it down again today as I was fearful. Is it okay?

So, yesterday, Alberta held a separate draw and issued a total of 3357 ITAs only to the PNP applicants who received NOIs previously with the score as low as 300. Does it have anything to do with the normal draw? Would it affect the possibility of draw happening today?
I wish it won't have any negative effects on the normal draws! Good luck everyone.
New to the forum here and request your advice please. Do apologize for a lengthy and off topic post. I am at CRS 441 (score will decrease after my birthday in Oct 19 to 436) , got IELTS CLB 10 (no scope of improvement here, valid till Jan 2021), maxed out on work experience, WES - 3 year bachelor degree. Request your help in selecting the right options below to improve my CRS.
1. Complete 1 year of PG Diploma here in India and then again apply for WES for two more certificate points ( may enter pool again only in Sept 2020. Possible CRS points - 469.
2. Complete 1 year certificate/PG certificate/PG diploma course in Canada. Have enough funds to fund this education as of today.Possible CRS score - 484
3. Learn French and give TEF/TCF in India and score CLB 7 ( dont know any basics of French , hence this may also take about 1 year ). Possible CRS - 478.
Things to Consider :
1. No possible points for Spouse as she is only 10+2 and doesnt have any experience in NOC - O,A or B.
2. Funds available as of today for Spouse +2 Kids. ( May not have enough funds to apply again in Sept 2020 after I complete PG in India or after learning French in one year).
3. May not require POF after if I complete Canadian education, as I would be inland and hopefully with a job offer.( Correct me regarding the POF requirement for Inland applicants)
Taking into consideration the above personal scenarios, what do you all feel is the best way for me to increase CRS. Looking at the current trend, I dont feel there is any way the CRS points will touch 441 or below that. Thanks again in advance.
