I am not really sure how this works. But I think it also depends on when you submitted your profile.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

But what if more than 3500 people had scores above cut off. Who will be given priority first? Then won't it be based on submission dates?

With CRS 467, you don't need to bother about profile creation date.
The tie breaker date/time is only for those stuck on CRS 451.

IMPORTANT (Please Read before posting):

If your CRS was 452 or above when the draw happened, you will get the ITA within 24 hours. Profile creation date is irrelevant.

If your CRS was 451 and profile was created on or before April 2, 2019 at 15:01:49 UTC, you will get the ITA within 24 hours.

If you CRS was 451 and profile was created after April 2, 2019 at 15:01:49 UTC, you will have to wait for the next draw.

My query is where does one get an ITA? Is it an email on our email address or we need to check our cic profile page?
