Do you think I will get ITA Before May for 445? if they keep 3350 draws and 2 weeks gap (Ideally 3900 draws).

I kinda regret that I didn't take the ITA in Jan 30, cuz my 2 years work experience finished in Mid February

Lol. Just had a call with them, they said we always ask abhishek_89 for the draw cut off and then they publish. Now, we got to know why your predictions are so accurate. Lol.

Could someone pls help me out here. I am going to complete my two years cec work experience in may and I will be getting extra points. My current points are 437 with one year of experience, I am seeing a lot of people only get 11 points for the extra year but when I try to calculate my points with the crs calculator showing 2 years, it brings my points up to 462. It is an increase of 25 points, how is this possible?

Direct ITA looks far fetched now as they have reduced the number of invites from 3900 to 3350. Would need multiple 1 week gap draws for the cut off to fall to CRS 438.
Regarding OINP, they would be inviting more applicants under HCP but their cut off would mostly depend on the current CRS cut off. So, if the cut off is around 450 mark, then they might invite folks in the 440s. So, you cannot tell what will happen but OINP is your best bet right now.

Good that you are trying to max out your CRS which is the only thing in your hand!
