How come ???
There are so many candidates already waiting in the pool. By seeing the CRS score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool as of February 28, 2019, it seems kind of impossible to me.
I understand the feelings, however, we should be a bit practical too. Anything can happen if they increase the number of ITAs
Bro till 28th 2050 candidates were in the pool with crs between 441-450 .they all are not 450+ so after that 19 days .one factor can work here wes delaying the reports. And if they invite 3900 candidates
Thanks @abhishek_89 ... Can you please point me to the page which has the documents required list? As of now, i'm ready with Reference Letters from my current and previous companies, and also PCC. I'll be getting the POF ready soon. Can you please guide me for POF as well, if possible?

To be more clear, there are 4-5 more organizations which assess the degrees in addition to wes. If you look back on the trend, you would be able to analyze that there had always been an intake of more than 1000 candidates with a score of more than 450 in one week. You never know the score break between 440 to 450.

It is highly unlikely! CRS draws are not only relying on the WES. However, it may have somewhat impact on it, but not enough to make the cut off go back to early 440s.
I have a feeling there will
B2B on 27. At least hoping for divine intervention. Also last year in March cut off jumped up to 456. And the next cut off was 446. So we may have a chance in next 2 draws.
I highly doubt that there will be a B2B 3rd draw this month. However, in April, there is a possibility that 3 draws may occur. Then again you never know when CIC will surprise with a 3rd draw.!?

True. But i just have this feeling there will be B2B on 27, or there will be an increase intake. Also , did u notice that last year March score was 456 first week and it dropped to 446 in the next draw?

To be honest, I am not very hopeful to be through in the next draw, on 20th March unless a miracle happens. However, it 'll give us some idea about the next 2-3 draws.
Still, hope for the best!

Yes, it was because of the 3 weeks gap which resulted into the high cut off, and the next draw was after 12 days and the ITAs issued were also less in numbers. Moreover, back then people were less knowledgeable so rejection rate was comparatively high and the figure of candidates entering into the pool was low as of 2019.
To touch that score CIC needs to conduct a series of B2B draws with a gap of 14 or 7 days respectively. Although I also want it to happen, but it will take some more time.
