If you are not losing points for age anytime soon, you don't have to panic.. you will eventually get it.. just a matter of time.. you will get it in either March or April..
So frustrating. I’ve been ready with my IELTS Score since 15 Dec 18. WES delayed sending out my evaluation for nearly three months and finally popped it out on 13 Feb. If they’d handed it to me even two weeks sooner I’d have been through. I’m at 440 CRS, and my birthdays on 28th Feb. Looks hopeless. I’ll be down to 434 on the 28th.

I also suffered from the same problem. In my case, WES took 6 months to complete my evaluation report including double verification from my university which is insane. Anyway, that is past now. Let's see how long it would take to bring down the cut-off.
There are the chances of OINP NOIs next month.
What’s really ridiculous is that i have two American degrees, both are much like Canadian degrees, and they just farted around for two months before telling me they needed to see my degree certificates. I mean they could’ve just said so in the first place. Wasted so much time.

Exactly, although they have customer care service, those persons who attend the call have no clues what is going on with the evaluation process or where is the problem and they just tell the same as displaying in the account status. It was a really frustrating experience for me.

When I applied to WES, in the submission it asked me to mail my degree certificates as a requirement. That’s not good enough on their part that it was not indicated as a requirement to avoid delaying your process.
