I still have a couple of years to pass the 30s. So not a big deal. However, I'm determined to move to Canada this year only, most probably before October 2019! As Canada govt is going to held the elections during that part of the year, and God knows what new rules and regulations they would make/introduce for the immigrants.?
In delhi, india, we can apply for PCC online through delhi government website. However, they demand a letter from agency that requires PCC. How do we go about it? How do we obtain PCC while waiting for ITA?

All the best! All the parties support immigration in some or the other manner. However, the new government can change quotas etc. for countries, NOC etc.
You should get ITA before Nov unless the current political situation in India makes lot more applicants get into the pool.
Hello guys , I have an issue . I got the entire money as gift from my dad through cheque. And I prepared gift deed document and loe. But I failed to take a scanned copy of the cheque. I only have the bank deposit slip of the entire amount of my bank that was deposited by me with only the cheque no of my dad but it does not have my dad signature anywhere because I only deposited using my dad cheque .Can this be used as proof. Kindly help guys as this is only the one active group I could find with everyone responding.
As long as you get the gift deed documents ready in an "affidavit" stating the amount of money gifted by the person's name along with the "cheque number" and notarised, I don't think you would be facing any trouble, as this much information would be sufficient. Moreover, 6 months long account statement will also mention the amount gifted to you, along with the mode of transaction (cheque/cash/NEFT/IMPS/RTGS). So get all documents ready..

I guess PoF needs to be notarized, as I've heard from majority of the candidates. Don't know whether it is mandatory or not? But it would be better anyhow if you get one.

The average processing time of PR is 6 months. Your 6 months begin, once you submit the documents after getting an ITA. If you are asking the time frame from the initial process of an EE-profile, then It varies and totally depends on ones individual scores.

I do not want to give anyone false hope, but this year's scenario is pretty much like 2017.
They did 15 draws by May end and the least score that year was 413 (twice).
Yes, they are having a high number of candidates with high scores on daily basis but there are factors like WES holidays affecting them.
As per CIC's requirement and stuff I believe they will be doing a back to back draws and try to reach another minimum score this year then 2020 will be a high game.
It looks that we may not see scenarios like that of 2017... main reason is the sheer difference in the number of people in the pool in Feb 2017 and today. Its better to keep your options open thinking 2019 will be a year with more gloomy days. I wish i can not think this way... but the data below tell us 2017 and 2019 are way different. Between 4-6 months on average, however it may take more than 6 months depending on the case weather it's complicated or not.
PS: 6 months period starts when your post ita application after aor is complete which means that you don't get any additional document request and all required documents are properly provided.
