Yes, there is a chance. A 1-2 point reduction can be expected in the next draw.

The ITAs are not received immediately when the draw takes place. It can take up to 24 hours after the draw to receive the same.

My score is 446 . I created my profile on October 21 . Still I have not got my ita yet . Got my oinp on Jan 14. Will that affect ??

It will not affect. You will receive ITA within 24 hours. You can ignore the OINP invite.

I think the cut-off date for profile submission was 17 January since they only show data of candidates in the pool as of 17th January only.

No reason for you to celebrate even when you get ITA. You should have already celebrated when you achieved that score (maybe when you cracked IELTS). 469 has been a safe score for more than 2 years now!

Thanks. CRS 451, profile created in March 2018 but score updated few days ago with Master's degree evaluation.

This means every applicant with an active EE profile at the above date/time will receive ITA if their CRS was above 443.

So just wait 24 hours if you had an active profile.
