I'm pretty positive that Ontario will issue more HCP to non-job offer candidates soon cus I think most people who received NOI earlier are sitting at 443+ will decline the NOI, why bother paying $1500 more right?
Hi, i am new to this thread and i am at 438. Is No job offer means, having the work experience previously but not working currently or anything relates with LMIA?

Hello, I am looking forward to take up an online course which will be awarded by London academy, the certificate gives 3 credit points. will this be accepted in the 2 or more option
Hi guys, Manitoba has released invitations for express entry for MPNP last Jan. 17.. Can we still expect to have ITAs for manitoba on the next draw for January or is it only given once a month?
Trust me take the ITA route. Save the 1.5k dollars plus time. That score would fetch you an ITA within a draw or 2.
Start preparing your docs infact.
Congratulations in advance.
No need to worry nns14 the issue of wife not accompanying is perfectly legal the only requirement is to state your reason for doing so.... just not say i am doing it to get more CRS points. CIC also knows that you choose not to accompany your spouse now but you are going to sponsor them later. Thats the main reason that the non accompanying spouse and kids are required to take medicals and PCC or spouse. look the below CIC link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=988&top=4 I have applied for permanent residence. My spouse or partner and children are not coming with me. Do they need to get a medical exam?
Non-accompanying dependants must undergo a medical exam to make sure they are admissible to Canada. They must be admissible to maintain their eligibility to be sponsored by their family members in the future.
Having inadmissible dependants might make you inadmissible as an applicant for permanent residence.
What if someone says they are applying alone (spouse non accompanying) because when spouse is added to their profile they do not get enough points to obtain an ITA!
It is a 100% honest statement and there is no misrepresentation. Is there any rule or law which can lead to the application being rejected in this case?
Hey Abhishek,
Till last year Ontario used to issue NOIs to fresh profiles. I know this year only 2 draws have been performed by Ontario and both of them have picked 1 year old profiles who match their NOC and CRS requirements.
Still are you certain its going to be like this way in the upcoming Ontario draws? Does Ontario usually change its early year trends later in the year(speaking strictly with respect to profile creation dates)?
