I am surprised by the negative 2 variance for Jan 2 draw. I hope to God you're right but 437 is difficult, isn't it. There are a couple of hundred of 440 plus people added everyday plus the PNPs.

First draw of next year, which I believe will be on 9th of January. As per the last 3 years, there is always a 3 week gap after the last of the year and the first draw of the new year. Also, the first draw of the year cut-off generally tends to be high. So probably the score will be somewhere around 450

It's true that there was a 3 weeks gap last year, however, in the year before that (2016-2017) the last draw of the year was on the 22nd and the following one was on the 4th. Hopefully this means a draw on the 2nd is not impossible
