Dear all, I have tried posting questions on post-Ita forum but have received no answer for the past 20 days. Please take a look at the post below and if anyone has any suggestion please reply

   I hope that I will get my invitation to apply really soon.
   
   In the meantime, I am trying to get all the documents in ready-to-be-issued state.
   
   I know that this question has been answered at least hundred of times on many forums but I am going to ask it once more because, after spending immense amount of money and time I do not want to take any risk in the post-ITA stage. Del Piero, Maverick and Stanlee please forgive me for asking it
   
   My question is about spouse work history when work experience is gained outside Canada so it does not gain us any points. Following your advices I removed it from her work history and am planning to enter the same in the personal history post-ITA. As many of us here, I do not want to spend a lot of money on translating her contracts and other proofs of work exp (ref letters would be impossible to get). On the other hand, I feel that the right thing to do would be to put that in work history (I know that many of you have reported problem with the system asking you to upload documents in that case).
   
   Having said all of the above, I found the following section about documents for spouse work exp on official website.
   
   Proof of work experience
   
   Individuals who must submit this documentation
   • The principal applicant
   • Their spouse or common-law partner (if work experience in Canada is claimed)
   
   Therfore I thought of showing her all work experience and attaching LOE in document holders for spouse work exp which would along other things clearly state:
   Documents for spouse work experience were not attached as we have not claimed any points for it, it was gained outside Canada and is not in the list of required documents in your website which can be seen in the link below.
   
   Please give me your opinion on the above

you DO NOT need to include anything in LoE for spouse work ex because you will be mentioning her work ex under personal history. You do not need to substantiate anything with proofs for content under Personal History.

So, after the recent draw, how many candidates with 441-450 might be still sitting in the pool? Does this mean we can expect 440 if draw occurs in the next week or so?

Unfortunately he is correct in certain things:
1. Economic immigration is not a charity. So it will only go for so long and in such volumes if it creates a positive or potentially positive outcome. The proof of this in the history of economic immigration (change or rules and amount of people admitted each year). So what is valid now may not be valid in the future.
2. Yes, people that reached the midway but then give up improving their score further (PNP for example) are indeed not "worthy" to immigrate to Canada. But this is not because one guy sais so or because they have 410 or 400 or less points, but because they will be overrun by competition.
3. Situation in Canada is not ideal and the illegal border crossing did not help. Many people just simplify and they do not differentiate between legal and illegal immigrant and between a refugee program and economic immigration. Government at the other hand does need immigration (at least certain form is it). So in order to appease public opinion they will have to do certain steps that might also change the setup of Express Entry again.
But again this is not because one guy sais so, but how the whole situation is.
4. You should be aware that Canadians are not that exceptional when it comes to accepting newcomers, however because where the country is geographically, they are mostly shielded against any huge uncontrolled immigration waves.
5. we are here all or almost all adults, so why would one to be overly sensitive as not to tell the harsh truth about competition and Canadian feelings?

Hey ROH experts, I put forward a question for your perusal. As you may see from signature, I created the profile on 21st of November. Even though I don't have enough points at the moment, I expect to reach 440-442 eventually after my spouse gets the desired IELTS score.
As I learned, NOIs are awarded by Ontario to profiles created within the same year i.e. 2019. Should I let my EE profile 'sit' to have an older profile for crossing tie date when the draw reaches 440-442 or recreate my profile on 1st of Jan 2019 to have chance for NOIs but a relatively newer profile?

Let it sit there as it gets older you will have higher chance for getting invited or getting an NOI.

The habit of Ontario was to disregard older profiles and start from January onward. You will see once NOI will start appearing. If only new profiles will be invited in the first batch then you have to recreate your on spot. Annoying but not too difficult.

My CRS is 486. I haven't received an invite yet. It's been three weeks since I submitted my profile. Why is this happening? anyone has any idea?

I increased my IELTS score and now, my CRS points increased from 437 -> 469. I am little optimistic that I will get the invite in the next draw. Is there anything which I can keep ready ? For example, Police verification. I have not requested for Reference letter from company yet.

If anyone wants to know on how my score increased : My earlier score - 437 was from CELPIP and this is the first time I wrote IELTS and have overall band score of 7.5 which shooted my CRS to 469.

I would say start working on your reference letter from past employers if you are claiming any points from past employers. It took me almost 3 months to get reference letters from my past employers, but that could also be because one was a government organization in a different city so i required a lot of efforts. But I did all of those small things while I was waiting for my degree to be assessed because I was pretty sure once I enter the pool I will get ITA.So I will highly suggest on working to get the reference letters from past employers. With your score you are almost certain to get ITA in the next draw so start working on collecting all the documents except probably the medical exam and PCC (depending on which country you are from and how much time they take to issue PCC, mine only took 3 days from booking an appointment to getting one) All the best for the next draw.

But NOI is usually likely from OINP only if profile is from the same year or did you mean other provinces? My NOC is never in demand so I don't expect NOI from anywhere else

If Wes is sending back maximum number of applications back to Indian Universities for verification, then it would mean a delay in the ECA processing. Especially with their rule changes from December 1st. Could it cause a reduction in the number of daily applications from current levels in the near future?

Yes it should impact the daily numbers. There is possibility of cutoff score decreasing.

Great MR KEYUR SHARMA has predicted that score wont go below 444 until Oct 2019. So no score will decrease till then. Hope Mr Keyur Sharma is happy since I am agreeing with him.
